I love mashed potatoes too and I have been using the recipe on the Philly box which has garlic cloves cooked with and mashed with the potatoes. Cream cheese is added too. My 13yo son keeps saying how he likes his sisters mashed potatoes. a lot. She cooked us dinner in her off campus apartment and they were instant.
